In-home photo sessions are like the world’s best kept secret.

They’re not nearly as popular as they should be, and while the concept may seem strange at first, just think about it! Your own home. Your most comfortable element. Ultimate relaxation and coziness. The most you. Everything familiar and homey and welcoming to help you feel so natural and relaxed during your photo session.

Instead of chancing chilly December weather, Jenna + John opted for an in-home engagement session at John’s apartment in OKC. Christmas decor was everywhere, their pup Sonica was wearing an adorable wintry sweater, and they decorated a gingerbread house (even though most of the icing ended up on John’s face which I’m sure Jenna knows NOTHING about). This shoot seriously gives me all the cozy, holiday vibes, and I can’t get over it. These two were so chill (Sonica didn’t know what to think of me so she wasn’t quite so chill) and just cuddled on the couch and had a pillow fight and drank coffee. I love capturing love in its most simple, everyday form; the tickle fights, the slow mornings, the snuggles, the contentedness of being fully known by someone who feels like home.

In-home sessions FOREVER.
